Producing one printed box off-run means spinning up the same plate and die setup we use for a 5,000-unit production run — economically that doesn't work at a single unit. The $75 covers the labor of cutting a non-printed sample in your exact dimensions and material, and is credited in full to your first production order over 100 units. Anyone who moves forward pays $0 net for the sample.

What exactly does the $75 sample include?

A physical box built to your exact length, width, height, and material choice — with no artwork, no printing, and no finishes. It's how you confirm the structure and dieline before we lock in the print run. USPS Priority shipping within the continental US is included.

How long does the sample take to arrive?

Typical turnaround is 5-7 business days from payment to your door. We'll email you the tracking number when it ships.

Can I skip the sample and go straight to production?

Yes — many customers on repeat orders or standard sizes skip the sample step. Request a quote at /get-a-quote if you'd rather approve a digital 3D mockup instead.
